                    Native approached me and asked about surety of his seat. I took review of chart and asked," is he participating on any parties ticket or independently"? He said all formalities are as good as completed and will get ticket from party. I told him I am rather doubtful about that party will give you a ticket, then he mentioned that he is not interested as independent candidate.
                    After that I told him after you will get ticket I will see your query. Then he gave feedback that ticket declared for other party member.
